Automobile Sales Manager – Job Description
Role Overview:
An Automobile Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, achieving vehicle sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction in a dealership or automotive company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management
- Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and closing of high-value deals
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term relationships
- Manage showroom operations and vehicle displays
- Coordinate with marketing teams for promotions and campaigns
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
- Train and mentor sales executives

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
