Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain books of accounts.
- Pass accounting entries, journal vouchers, and ledger postings.
- Handle Accounts Payable, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
- Perform bank, vendor, and client reconciliations.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Support preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and other financial reports.
- Prepare MIS reports for management review.
- Handle GST workings, reconciliations, and return filings.
- Assist in TDS calculations, deductions, and return filings.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, consultants, and banks.
- Maintain proper financial records and supporting documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, CA Inter preferred).
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Experience in a Stock Broking or NBFC organization is mandatory.
- Candidates should currently be based in Mumbai or the Mumbai Metropolitan
- Strong knowledge of:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounting Entries
- Bank & Vendor Reconciliations
- GST & TDS
- Books of Accounts
- Balance Sheet support
- MIS Reporting
- Statutory Compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, Zoho, or similar.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Candidates who can join within 45 days.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Only candidates based in Mumbai/MMR with relevant Stock Broking or NBFC experience will be considered.
