Designation : Finance Executive
Experience: 1–8 year
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day banking operations
- Preparation, execution & follow-up of LCs (Letter of Credit)
- Coordination with banks for:
- BGs, LCs, bank guarantees
- Reconciliation of bank statements
- Ensure timely renewal of limits and facilities
- Costing & Cost Control
- Prepare and maintain product-wise cost sheets (standard and actual costing).
- Analyze material, labor, and overhead costs and identify cost variances.
- Monitor production costs and suggest cost-reduction initiatives.
- Review BOM, routing, and consumption norms in coordination with production and engineering teams.
- Budgeting & MIS
- Assist in preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Track actual performance against budgets and analyze variances.
- Prepare cost MIS reports for management review (monthly/quarterly).
- Inventory & Production Accounting
- Monitor inventory valuation (RM, WIP, FG) as per applicable accounting standards.
- Coordinate with stores and production teams for stock verification and reconciliation.
- Analyze slow-moving, obsolete, and non-moving inventory.
- Financial & Compliance Support
- Support month-end and year-end closing related to cost records.
- Ensure compliance with Cost Accounting Standards and statutory requirements.
- Assist in cost audit, internal audit, and statutory audit by providing required data and explanations.
- Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with production, purchase, quality, and engineering departments for accurate cost data.
- Support pricing decisions, quotations, and profitability analysis for new and existing products.
Key Skills :
- Strong hands-on experience in LC & banking operations
- Good understanding of banking documentation & procedures
- Experience dealing directly with banks & relationship managers
- Basic knowledge of accounting & compliance
- Good communication & follow-up skills
- Ability to handle pressure and deadlines
Preferred Qualification:
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
- Prior experience in manufacturing / corporate setup preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
