Key Responsibilities
●Source and screen candidates through multiple channels (job portals, social media, andprofessional networks).
● Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for in-house and client roles.
● Collaborate with hiring managers and client stakeholders to fully understand role needs.
● Conduct initial interviews, coordinate further rounds, and facilitate final selection.
● Maintain recruitment databases, ATS, and trackers.
● Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from application to onboarding.
● Build talent pipelines and contribute to long-term talent acquisition strategies.
● Handle onboarding formalities for selected candidates, including document collection and
verification and maintain HR documentation.
● Conduct reference checks and maintain verification records.
Skills & Qualifications
● Fresher to 1 year of recruitment / talent acquisition experience.
● Excellent verbal and written communication, high interpersonal skills, and strong
organization.
● Experience or familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
● Good knowledge of sourcing methods and recruitment marketing.
● Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred.
● Ability to meet recruitment timelines, and work in a dynamic environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
