Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Trainer to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for retail store executives, enhancing product knowledge, strengthening sales capabilities, and improving overall team performance.
This role requires extensive interaction with retail teams and regular travel across the assigned region to ensure consistent training delivery and on-ground support.
Key Responsibilities: Training & Development
- Support the development and implementation of training programs aligned with business goals
- Create and improve training materials, modules, and assessments
- Deliver engaging training sessions on:
- Product knowledge
- Retail processes and tools
- Sales techniques and customer engagement
- Conduct pre-training and post-training assessments
- Drive certification processes and monitor learning outcomes
Hiring & Onboarding
- Participate in the recruitment process for retail sales roles
- Assist with onboarding and training of new employees
Performance Management
- Provide on-the-job training (OJT) and ongoing coaching to retail employees
- Monitor performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Identify low-performing team members and implement improvement plans
- Track training KPIs and support achievement of business targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail environment
- Prior experience in sales training, coaching, or retail learning initiatives preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Strong understanding of retail sales processes
