Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Job Summary
Teslead Equipments Private Limited is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to operate and maintain CNC machines for precision component manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality production as per technical drawings and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines (Turning / Milling) as per production requirements.
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders.
- Set up tools, offsets, and materials in CNC machines.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and routine machine maintenance.
- Conduct in-process inspections using measuring instruments (Vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges, etc.).
- Maintain production records and documentation.
- Follow company safety guidelines and 5S standards.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned production targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- 10th, 12th & Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge are welcome.
- Candidates with up to 2 years of CNC operating experience preferred.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of CNC programming (G-code understanding preferred).
- Familiarity with measuring instruments.
- Good understanding of machining processes and tolerances.
- Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
