Position Summary
The Plant Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant. The role ensures efficient production, compliance with food safety and quality standards, equipment reliability, workforce management, and adherence to company policies while meeting production targets and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities ;
· Supervise the complete process from water treatment to finished goods.
· Ensure daily production targets are achieved according to the production plan.
· Monitor production efficiency, output, and machine utilization.
· Supervise bottle blowing and Monitor bottle rinsing, filling, capping, labelling and packaging operations.
· Ensure packaging materials are available before production starts.
· Conduct daily inspections of production equipment.
· Report equipment failures immediately.
· Verify machine readiness before production.
· Supervise production operators, helpers, technicians, and contract workers.
· Assign daily work schedules and Manage shift handovers.
· Allocate manpower across production units.
· Monitor attendance, discipline, and productivity.
· Evaluate employee performance.
Qualification ;
· Bachelors degree or diploma in a relevant field
· 3-5 years experience in supervisory or team handling role.
· Experience in a beverage, bottled water, food processing, or manufacturing environment
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
