About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and high-potential graduates to join our Finance team asManagement Trainees. This role is designed to give fresh talent a strong foundation in key financefunctions through structured training and rotational exposure. Selected candidates will work acrossmultiple finance streams during the initial period. Based on performance, skill development, andbusiness needs, they will be placed into a specialized finance domain.
Key Responsibilities
During the initial training and rotation period, candidates will be exposed to various financefunctions, which may include:
1. Accounts Payable (AP)
● Processing vendor invoices and payments
● Supporting month-end and year-end AP activities
● Vendor reconciliations and issue resolution
2. Accounts Receivable (AR)
● Customer billing and collections follow-up
● Cash application and reporting
● AR aging analysis and reconciliations
3. Payment Operations
● Processing and validating payment requests across business units
● Executing domestic and international payments in line with company policies
● Monitoring payment status, resolving payment failures, and ensuring timely disbursements
● Coordinating with banks, vendors, and internal teams for payment-related queries
● Ensuring compliance with internal controls and payment approval workflows
4. General Ledger (GL)
● Journal entries and adjustments
● Balance sheet reconciliations
● Supporting month-end closing activities
5. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
● Budgeting and forecasting support
● Variance analysis and management reporting
● Data consolidation and dashboard creation
6. Treasury
● Daily cash management
● Bank reconciliation and documentation
● Support in monitoring cash flows and investment activities
7. Taxation & Compliance
● Supporting tax filings and documentation
● Assisting in regulatory compliance and audits
● Maintaining accurate tax recordsAfter gaining a foundational understanding of finance operations, candidates will be assigned to aspecific domain based on performance, aptitude, and organizational requirements.
Required Qualifications
● Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance or Accounting
● Strong academic record and basic knowledge of finance and accounting principles.Skills & Competencies
● Strong analytical and numerical skills
● Proficiency in MS Excel and basic knowledge of financial tools
● Good communication and interpersonal abilities
● Attention to detail and accuracy
● Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different finance processes

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
