Popular Vehicles & Services Ltd., one of the leading automobile dealership groups in India, is looking for Malayalam Voice process Executives to join our Customer Relation Center. This role involves interacting with customers over phone for sales support, service support, lead follow-ups, feedback collection, and customer assistance.

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Follow up with customers regarding vehicle sales enquiries and service reminders
- Contact customers for feedback collection after sales and service
- Manage digital leads received through website, social media, and online campaigns
- Assist customers with vehicle service bookings and general enquiries
- Record all customer interactions and call outcomes in the CRM system
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly communication approach
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English
- Ability to interact confidently with customers
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
