Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Sales to drive sales for our senior living communities in North Bangalore. This role involves engaging with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and delivering a seamless experience from inquiry to closure. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets and building trust with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Execution: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for senior living homes.
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer experience through personalized interactions and transparent communication.
- Lead Management: Handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records in CRM.
- Site Visits: Conduct property tours and explain features, pricing, and benefits to prospective buyers.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on real estate trends and competitor offerings to position Primus effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams for campaigns and events.
Success Metrics for this Role
- Achieve assigned sales targets consistently.
- Maintain 90%+ customer satisfaction across all interactions.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and high conversion rates from inquiries/Site Visits to bookings
Non -Negotiable Functional Skills
- Customer-centric selling: empathetic communication suited to senior customers and their families.
- Strict CRM and follow-up discipline
- Focus on lead handling, site visits, and closures under guidance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in real estate residential sales (preferably premium housing or senior living).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-centric approach with ability to build trust and rapport.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
