Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires ensuring that these solutions are production-ready, whether deployed on cloud platforms or on-premises. The engineer integrates generative artificial intelligence models into various projects, which may encompass deep learning, neural networks, conversational agents, and image processing. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align technical implementations with project goals is a key aspect of the daily workflow, alongside continuous refinement and optimization of AI-driven solutions to meet evolving business needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and deployment of AI-driven applications ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend their adoption to enhance project outcomes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Virtual Agents, API Management.
- Strong expertise in designing, developing, and deploying conversational AI systems and virtual assistant technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms and services that support AI workloads and application pipelines.
- Knowledge of integrating generative artificial intelligence models into scalable solutions.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures relevant to AI applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize AI models and systems for performance and reliability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Virtual Agents.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
