Responsibilities
- Perform Incoming, In-Process and Final Inspection of mechanical components and assemblies.
- Inspect fabricated parts, welding quality, dimensions and sub-assembly fitment.
- Inspect VMC and DRO machined components for dimensional accuracy.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances and specifications.
- Conduct Power Coating Inspection.
- Monitor rejection, rework and defect trends.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and support corrective actions.
- Support New Product Development (NPD) and quality improvement activities.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering and Suppliers to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain inspection reports, quality records and QMS documentation.
- Support Supplier Quality Management activities.
