In addition to offering plant-based meal subscriptions and home delivery services, Copper + Cloves curates unique experiences like supper clubs, yoga brunches, and catering events. The company also collaborates with other chefs and wellness brands to inspire a wider connection to mindful eating and good nutrition. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly organised and operationally strong Kitchen Manager to oversee the consistency, efficiency and operational standards of our Central Kitchen.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead and oversee the daily production and operations of our Central Kitchen in Bengaluru. This role requires someone who is highly operationally driven, detail-oriented and capable of managing high-volume kitchen production while maintaining consistency, hygiene, quality and efficiency across all outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage end-to-end Central Kitchen operations and daily food production.
- Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of food to dine-in outlets and delivery operations.
- Maintain consistency in food quality, portioning, presentation and production standards.
- Manage inventory, stock usage, inwarding and wastage control efficiently.
- Monitor and maintain food cost and operational cost control measures.
- Coordinate with vendors and manage purchasing requirements for smooth kitchen operations.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, food safety and kitchen cleanliness standards at all times.
- Supervise kitchen staff, allocate responsibilities and ensure operational discipline within the team.
- Coordinate and oversee third-party delivery operations, ensuring accurate order processing, packaging quality and timely dispatch execution.
- Conduct regular quality checks on ingredients, prep and finished products.
- Maintain production planning, kitchen SOPs and operational systems.
- Work closely with Management to improve kitchen efficiency, workflow and scalability.

- Ability to manage dispatch timelines and maintain consistency across multiple outlets.
- Prior experience handling structured kitchen operations is essential.

Who we’re looking for
- Someone who is experienced in kitchen operations, production management or central kitchen management.
- Someone who has prior experience working with restaurant groups, café brands, cloud kitchens or multi-outlet food businesses is highly preferred.
- Someone who has experience in managing production, inventory, dispatch and kitchen teams independently.
- Someone who understands food costing, vendor management and operational controls.
- Someone with strong communication and team management skills.
- Someone who is proactive, process-driven and solution-oriented.
- Someone who has experience in plant-based, health-focused or modern café concepts is an added advantage.
