We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven BDA to join our Education Division in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, explaining courses, handling inquiries, and converting leads into admissions through effective follow-ups and counselling. BDA in the education sector typically focus on lead conversion, student guidance, and admissions support.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Explain course details, fees, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve student queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in CRM.
- Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
- Schedule counselling sessions and campus/online meetings.
Requirements
- Any Degree qualification.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
