About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive who can effectively handle leads, communicate with potential clients, and convert enquiries into successful closures. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and prior experience in a call center or sales environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
Call and follow up with generated leads on a daily basis
Share information through WhatsApp messages, emails, and calls
Explain company services/programs to prospective clients
Maintain regular communication with interested leads
Convert enquiries into confirmed sales/admissions
Maintain lead data and update status in CRM/Excel sheets
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding and follow-ups
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Call Center, Telecalling, or Sales profile
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Email communication, and WhatsApp Business
Confident in handling customer conversations and objections
Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
Preferred Skills
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English and Hindi
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
