Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update daily sales trackers and dashboards in Excel.
- Manage and update existing product listings on Amazon.
- Monitor and review appointment status for POs to ensure timely dispatches.
- Verify GRNs and share status updates with internal teams.
- Handle invoice uploads, reconciliations, and related documentation on Vendor Central.
- Process and track POs across marketplace and B2B vendor channels.
- Coordinate with the logistics team for delivery follow-ups and issue resolution.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Amazon operations (both marketplace and vendor models).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, Dashboard maintenance).
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated learner with ability to leverage AI tools (like ChatGPT) for problem-solving and efficiency.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
