You’re a people’s person and have found your zen! Because that’s what we need when a major part of your role is managing people expectations, with empathy and efficiency. As the one point of contact with clients your responsibilities will include managing all day-to-day operations of the business making sure that all deliverables to the clients are fulfilled. For this you will need to excel at:
- Cultivating a great relationship with clients from the closure of their deal through the period of their association with the company
- Managing key components of client briefing, creative development, client approvals and ongoing client support
- Creating and managing documentation for client project management
- Coordinating cross-functional resources to ensure efficient service delivery
- Consistently reflecting on current processes and communicating the benefits and drawbacks to ensure that the company betters it's standards each day
- Negotiation, details-orientation with strong focus on following-through
- Being a custodian, who oversees all aspects of the projects from strategy, social media, and content syndication to balancing clients and the creative team with efficiency.
- A keen interest in understanding the new marketing innovations and trends in the digital, print and media industry.
In addition to this, you will ideally need to have:
- A minimum of 3 – 4 years of work experience
- A good command over the English Language
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of creative building / publishing and a background in advertising/media business development will be a plus point.
