**Sales & Marketing Manager – Real Estate**
Experience:** Minimum 5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive business development and onboard construction projects.
* Generate leads through field visits, networking, and market outreach.
* Build and maintain relationships with builders, developers, architects, consultants, brokers, and channel partners.
* Build, lead, mentor, and manage the Sales & Marketing team to achieve business targets.
* Ensure continuous lead generation, client follow-ups, negotiations, and successful project closures.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing.
* Proven track record in project acquisition and business development.
* Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
