Hiring | Junior Business Development Executive - US Shift
We are looking for a Junior Business Development Executive to support our business growth across international markets, including the US, UK, Europe, Middle East, and Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify new business leads through research and outbound outreach.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Support the team in executing email outreach and cold-calling campaigns to generate leads
- Manage prospect data in the CRM system.
- Schedule meetings and support the Business Development team.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Enthusiastic, proactive and eager to learn about the AEC industry
- 1-2 years experience as business development executive.
- Experience in lead generation or exposure to the US market is preferred
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
