We are looking for an experienced Project Head (Site Supervisor) to oversee interior project execution and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day execution of residential interior projects at site.
- Coordinate with designers, architects, vendors, contractors, and clients.
- Plan and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and quality standards.
- Manage carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, and finishing works.
- Monitor material availability and coordinate site deliveries.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
- Maintain project progress reports and update management regularly.
- Ensure workplace safety and adherence to company standards.
- Deliver projects within the planned timeline while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
- 3–7 years of experience in residential interior project execution.
- Prior experience as a Site Supervisor, Project Supervisor, Project Coordinator, or Project Head in an interior design company is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out execution, site coordination, and finishing works.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and teams simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling premium residential interior projects.
- Strong vendor and contractor management skills.
- Good understanding of drawings and execution details.
- Ability to work under deadlines and maintain quality standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
