Job Title: SEO Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SEO Executive to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to improve website visibility, drive organic traffic, and enhance search engine rankings. The candidate should have a strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, content optimization, and website analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for website growth.
- Perform on-page SEO activities including meta tags optimization, content optimization, URL structure improvement, and internal linking.
- Execute off-page SEO strategies such as link-building, directory submissions, guest posting, and outreach campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
- Collaborate with content writers and designers to ensure SEO-friendly content creation.
- Track, monitor, and report keyword rankings, organic traffic, and overall SEO performance.
- Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
- Optimize website content to improve user experience and search engine visibility.
- Assist in competitor analysis and market research to identify new growth opportunities.
- Generate regular SEO performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structures is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with WordPress and other CMS platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in SEO, Digital Marketing, or Google Analytics.
- Experience with local SEO and e-commerce SEO.
- Understanding of content marketing and social media integration.
