Role : Pre Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibility :-
- Make structured outbound calls to channel partners, brokers, investors, and prospective clients to generate interest and initiate conversations.
- Qualify incoming and outbound leads, and schedule meetings, site visits, or follow-up calls for the core sales team.
- Qualify leads and maintain accurate records in CRM.
- Conduct site visits with clients when required.
- Maintain regular and meaningful communication with existing partners and prospects to keep relationships warm and deals progressing.
- Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams to track deal progress and support smooth closures.
- Follow up regularly with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Maintain daily reports on calls, follow-ups, and site visits.
- Achieve lead conversion and site visit targets.
- Track and report customer feedback, common objections, and basic market insights to help sharpen the sales approach.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate, Telecalling, Pre-Sales, or Customer Service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with both field visits and office-based calling activities.
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
