Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective clients, conducting property site visits, explaining project details, and converting inquiries into successful sales. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and marketing campaigns. Contact and follow up with prospective customers. Schedule and conduct property site visits. Explain project features, pricing, and payment plans. Build strong relationships with clients and understand their requirements. Negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly targets. Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up reports. Coordinate with the sales and CRM teams for smooth customer service. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred). Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Good communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel for field sales and site visits. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
