Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with 5+ years of experience
in IT Infrastructure sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth
by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and selling
solutions across cloud, cybersecurity, and networking domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and generate new business opportunities in IT Infrastructure
services
Drive end-to-end sales cycle (lead generation to closure)
Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients
Understand client requirements and propose customized IT infrastructure solutions
Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams for solution design and proposal
submissions
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Manage key accounts and ensure client satisfaction and retention
Stay updated with industry trends in cloud, cybersecurity, and networking
Key Skills & Expertise:
Strong experience in IT Infrastructure sales and business development
Good understanding of:
o Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP
o Cybersecurity: NGFW, EDR/XDR, SIEM, SOAR, IAM, DLP, NDR
o Networking: SD-WAN, Switching, Routing, Wi-Fi
o IT Infrastructure: Data Center, Servers, Storage, Virtualization
(VMware/Nutanix)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
MBA (preferred but not mandatory
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
Experience:
- IT infrastructure sales: 5 years (Preferred)
