This role is for someone who is comfortable with customer calls, lead follow-ups, quotations, and sales coordination.
You will speak with customers, understand their rental requirements, explain the right products, coordinate internally, and help close enquiries properly.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer enquiries through calls, email, and WhatsApp
- Understand customer requirements, budgets, and rental duration
- Explain suitable rental products, services, and pricing
- Prepare and share quotations with customers
- Follow up with leads and move enquiries toward closure
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within approved guidelines
- Coordinate with operations, inventory, and delivery teams
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records in CRM or Excel
- Share regular sales activity and follow-up reports
- Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
