Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to produce high-quality 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations for architectural and interior design projects. The ideal candidate should have strong visualization skills and the ability to translate concepts into realistic and visually appealing designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings for architectural, interior, and product designs.
- Interpret design briefs and convert them into compelling visual concepts.
- Work closely with architects, designers, and clients to understand project requirements.
- Develop walkthroughs, animations, and presentation materials.
- Apply lighting, textures, materials, and environmental effects to enhance realism.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects with high accuracy and quality standards.
- Revise and update designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Maintain organized files and documentation of all design assets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, or related field.
- Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or similar role.
- Proficiency in software such as:
- AutoCAD
- 3ds Max / SketchUp / Blender
- V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape
- Adobe Photoshop
- Strong understanding of lighting, textures, color, and composition.
- Good visualization and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in architectural or real estate visualization.
- Knowledge of animation and walkthrough creation.
- Basic understanding of construction drawings and design principles.
