Project: Appointment of General Consultant (GC) at Chakradharpur Division
Position: Architect (Key Person)
Educational Qualification:
- B.Arch from a recognized institute.
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience.
Relevant Project Experience:
Must have experience in one or more of the following project categories:
- Railway / Metro projects.
- Projects with Ministry of Railways, DFCCIL, or Railway SPVs.
- Multi-Modal Transport Hubs.
- Airports and Airport Terminals.
- Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS), High Speed Rail (HSR), or Monorail projects.
- Ports, Integrated Check Posts, and Bus Terminals.
- National Highways, State Highways, Expressways, or similar infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design architectural, interior, and landscape works for railway stations and buildings.
- Prepare station area development plans and multi-modal integration plans.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, standards, and local bye-laws.
- Coordinate with external consultants, stakeholders, and system contractors.
- Develop and review architectural drawings, layouts, and design documentation.
- Support project planning, approvals, and execution activities.
- Utilize the latest architectural design software and tools.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and station/building planning.
- Experience in Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) concepts is preferred.
- Knowledge of building regulations, codes, and local bye-laws.
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in relevant architectural software.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
