Implement and maintain calibration fixtures to sustain process accuracy and quality consistency.
Convert daily production records from hard copies to digital format for traceability and data analysis.
Manage loose bin inventory and ensure conversion into full pack-size bins as per customer requirements.
Ensure systematic and physical availability of paints, thinners, and consumables to maintain uninterrupted line operations.
Drive productivity enhancement and quality improvement initiatives across the paint shop.
Identify and implement actions to reduce maximum defects and improve first-pass yield.
Manage and supervise manpower, including work allocation, performance monitoring, and skill development.
Perform process analysis for continuous improvement and cost optimization.
Support and execute robotics programming as required for process refinement and new model introduction.
Ensure effective inventory management of the production line, coordinating with stores and materials planning.
Utilize computer applications effectively, including MS Office, internet-based tools, and SAP for data management, reporting, and material control.
