Operations Manager – Construction Site Operations & Material Control
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Operations Manager to manage day-to-day site operations, material records, and equipment usage across our construction sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain complete records of construction materials at all project sites.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing material stock including cement, steel, sand, aggregates, and other site inventory.
- Track daily usage and consumption of cement and other key materials.
- Maintain logs and reports for heavy-duty vehicles and machinery usage (JCB, loaders, dumpers, mixers, trucks, etc.).
- Coordinate with site supervisors, vendors, and procurement teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
- Verify bills, challans, delivery records, and material receipts.
- Monitor wastage, shortages, and unauthorized material usage.
- Ensure proper documentation and inventory management at all sites.
- Visit sites regularly and maintain operational discipline.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
