HR Operations Specialist.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Operations Specialist to oversee daily human resources administrative tasks and optimize our employee lifecycle processes. In this role, you will be the backbone of our HR department, ensuring that everything from onboarding and payroll coordination to data management and compliance runs seamlessly. Your ultimate goal is to provide an exceptional administrative experience for our team while keeping our data airtight and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Own the administrative side of onboarding, status changes (promotions, transfers), and offboarding (conducting exit interviews, processing final payouts).
- HRIS & Data Integrity: Maintain and audit our Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Ensure all employee records, digital files, and organizational charts are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with privacy laws.
- Payroll & Benefits Coordination: Collaborate with the Finance/Payroll team to provide monthly inputs (leaves, bonuses, new hires). Act as the primary point of contact for employee questions regarding health insurance and company perks.
- Compliance & Documentation: Monitor and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies. Handle the preparation of standard HR documents like employment verification letters, contracts, and policy updates.
- Process Optimization: Continuously look for ways to automate manual HR workflows, reduce administrative bottlenecks, and improve the internal employee experience.
- Reporting: Generate regular metrics on headcount, turnover, leave utilization, and other key HR data points to support leadership decision-making.
Pay: ₹10,826.72 - ₹40,000.00 per month
