Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior MEP Engineer (Mechanical Engineer) role based in Navi Mumbai. The Junior MEP Engineer will support the design, coordination, and implementation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for building services projects. Daily responsibilities include assisting in preparing mechanical designs and drawings, reviewing MEP layouts, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment of all building services. The role involves supporting site inspections, monitoring installation quality, and helping resolve technical issues related to mechanical and MEP systems. The engineer will also assist in documentation, compliance checks, and communication with senior engineers and project stakeholders to maintain safety and performance standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) and Building Services, with a focus on integrated building systems performance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Plumbing and MEP Coordination to ensure proper layout, installation, and interface among different services.
- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Electrical Engineering to collaborate effectively on multidisciplinary MEP designs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Basic understanding of relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations for building services and MEP systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail in documentation.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with willingness to learn from senior engineers and work on-site.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CAD or BIM tools (such as AutoCAD or Revit) is an advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
