We are looking for energetic, customer-friendly Retail Sales Executives to join our store in the Chennai Airport terminal. You will handle international and domestic passengers, manage billing, and ensure the shop looks friendly and clean at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist domestic and international travelers with their purchases.
Handle the billing counter and manage cash/card transactions.
Keep track of inventory, restock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness.
Follow all airport retail compliance and security protocols strictly.
Shift & Commute Requirements:
Rotational Shifts: Must be willing to work day, night, and early morning shifts (the airport operates 24/7).
Commute: You must have a reliable way to reach Chennai Airport for early hours (e.g., 6:00 AM shifts or late-night finishes). Candidates living around Pallavaram, Tambaram, Alandur, or Chromepet will be preferred due to proximity.
Mandatory Security Clearance Documents:
To get your Airport Entry Pass (AEP), you must be able to clear the BCAS security verification. You will need to provide:
1. A Police Verification Certificate (PVC) applied through the Tamil Nadu Police Portal.
2. Clear, verifiable 10th/12th mark sheets and continuous employment/education history proofs.
3. No criminal records or past violations.
