Job Summary
The Office Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. The role involves handling correspondence, maintaining records, assisting staff, coordinating office activities, and providing excellent customer service to visitors and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls and other communications.
Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed.
Manage filing systems, records, and office documentation.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation bookings when required.
Assist management and team members with administrative tasks and special projects.
Clean and maintain office workspaces, reception areas, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.
Dust furniture, desks, shelves, and office equipment.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors regularly.
Clean windows, glass partitions, and doors as required.
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
