About the Role
Get Visa Services is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth, generate new opportunities, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through corporate outreach, referrals, networking, and market research.
- Generate quality leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business agreements.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer data in CRM systems.
- Represent the company at business events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Strong relationship management and customer handling skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Travel, Tourism, Visa Services, Hospitality, or Service Industries.
- Existing corporate network and client database will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
