The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales operations of LiuGong construction and earthmoving equipment in the assigned territory. The role involves driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, developing key customer relationships, managing the sales team, expanding market share, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team to maximize productivity and sales effectiveness.
- Drive sales of LiuGong products, including Excavators, Wheel Loaders, Motor Graders, Rollers, Forklifts, and other construction equipment.
- Identify new business opportunities across construction, mining, infrastructure, road projects, quarry, industrial, and government sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, contractors, fleet owners, and project developers.
- Review sales pipelines, forecasts, and business opportunities on a regular basis.
- Conduct joint customer visits and provide support in closing high-value sales opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements, and recommend appropriate business strategies.
- Coordinate with finance institutions for customer funding, leasing, and loan approvals.
- Ensure timely delivery of equipment and seamless coordination with service, spare parts, and logistics teams.
- Monitor collections and ensure outstanding payments are recovered within company norms.
- Plan and execute customer engagement activities, product demonstrations, exhibitions, road shows, and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical business practices, and statutory requirements.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
