We are looking for a creative and result-oriented LinkedIn Growth & Branding Specialist to strengthen our digital presence and build a powerful employer and business brand on LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow ADIT Group's LinkedIn Company Page and leadership profiles.
- Develop and execute LinkedIn content strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Create engaging posts, campaigns, and content calendars.
- Increase followers, profile reach, engagement, and audience interaction organically.
- Build personal branding strategies for company leadership.
- Monitor LinkedIn analytics and prepare growth reports.
- Identify trends and implement best practices for LinkedIn marketing.
- Support recruitment branding and employer branding initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams for content creation and marketing campaigns.
- Generate business visibility and networking opportunities through LinkedIn.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience in LinkedIn Marketing, Personal Branding.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithms, engagement strategies, and audience growth techniques.
- Excellent content planning and copywriting skills.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Analytics and performance tracking.
- Creative mindset with strong communication skills.
- Experience in B2B marketing will be an added advantage.
