JOB CRITERIA:
Branch Manager job eligibility requires a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or marketing.
insurance and mutual fund working expirence is must.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Prepare financial statements for the branch.
Manage employees and lead day-to-day responsibilities.
Recruit New member.
Assist with customer service to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Oversee reports for budgets and financial reports.
Create plans and forecasts that are built to fit future needs.
Work to grow business and customer acquisition.
Staff Development: Recruit, hire, train, and motivate branch personnel.
Performance Tracking: Set individual and team goals, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide coaching.Team Morale
: Foster an inclusive work environment while holding team members accountable for their targets and daily tasks.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
