Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated RMC Quality Engineer to ensure the quality of Ready-Mix Concrete by monitoring raw materials, conducting laboratory and site tests, maintaining compliance with project specifications and IS standards, and continuously improving concrete quality and plant productivity through mix optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and monitor the quality of raw materials and finished concrete.
- Conduct slump tests, cube casting, compressive strength tests, and other quality checks.
- Ensure concrete production complies with approved mix designs and relevant IS standards.
- Monitor batch consistency and periodically develop and evaluate trial mixes to optimize concrete quality, productivity, and profitability.
- Maintain quality records, test reports, and laboratory documentation.
- Coordinate with production and site teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve product performance.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of RMC quality control, concrete testing, mix design, and batching plant operations.
- Familiarity with relevant IS codes and quality standards.
- Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and production analysis
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
