CTC: ₹3 – ₹4 LPA + Attractive Incentives + Petrol Allowance
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to promote and sell Life (Term) Insurance and Health Insurance products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong customer relationships, understanding clients' insurance needs, and recommending suitable protection plans while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through field sales activities within the assigned territory.
- Meet prospective customers and understand their financial protection and insurance needs.
- Promote and sell Life (Term) Insurance and Health Insurance products.
- Explain policy features, benefits, coverage, premiums, and claim processes to customers.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Generate referrals and convert leads into successful policy sales.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and customer service.
- Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and regulatory guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales, Direct Sales, Relationship Management, Insurance Sales, Banking Sales, or BFSI.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer relationship and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned location.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management.
- Good knowledge of the local market.
- Passion for sales and customer service.
