Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns to drive high-quality leads and revenue growth.
This role will focus on building a scalable and cost-efficient lead generation engine across digital channels, ensuring measurable impact on business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Drive qualified leads for residential and commercial interior design projects.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively to optimize Cost Per Lead (CPL), conversion rates, and ROAS.
- Develop and manage full-funnel acquisition strategies.
Campaign Management
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, audience targeting, and landing pages.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for better results.
- Scale high-performing campaigns and pause underperforming ones.
- Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to improve conversions.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager.
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering CPL, ROI, and conversion metrics.
- Ensure accurate tracking through proper pixel and event implementation.
Creative & Content Coordination
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Suggest messaging strategies aligned with target audience behavior.
- Ensure creatives highlight project portfolios, transformations, and testimonials.
Landing Page & Funnel Optimization
- Work with developers to improve landing page conversion rates.
- Optimize lead forms, CTAs, and user journey.
- Implement and improve WhatsApp funnels and instant lead forms.
CRM & Sales Coordination
- Coordinate with the sales team to track lead quality and conversions.
- Optimize campaigns based on feedback from sales on lead performance.
- Maintain accurate lead tracking and attribution in CRM systems.
Key KPIs
- Achieve targeted lead volume across locations
- Maintain strong CPL and ROI benchmarks
- Improve lead-to-conversion ratio
- Ensure high lead quality and accuracy

- Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience
- Location: SK Design Studio, Thane West
- Candidate Preference: Within 10 km radius
- Travel: Occasional site visits required (2-wheeler preferred)
- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 (Fixed + Performance-based variable)
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
