Position: Admission Counsellor

Job Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
- Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Guide students with the admission and application process.
- Maintain follow-ups with prospective students and parents.
- Explain course details, fees, and admission requirements.
- Maintain student records and update data in Excel/CRM.
- Achieve admission targets and support the counselling team.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to convince and guide students professionally.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Counselling and customer handling skills.
- Professional behavior and team coordination.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
