Key Responsibilities
1. Office Operations & Facility Management
- Oversee daily office administration and ensure smooth functioning of the workplace
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement of materials
- Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, security, and other facility services
- Ensure office infrastructure is well maintained (equipment, furniture, utilities)
2. Vendor & Asset Management
- Track AMC contracts, renewals, and service schedules
- Bill payments.
- Maintain asset registers and ensure proper allocation and tracking
- Process vendor invoices and coordinate with finance for payments
3. Travel & Logistics Coordination
- Manage event logistics, meetings, and conference arrangements
4. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain administrative records, agreements, and office documentation.
- Government liaisoning & coordination with stakeholders.
- Support compliance requirements related to office operations and safety
5. Employee Support
- Provide administrative support to staff for office-related needs
- Support onboarding logistics for new employees
- Coordinating with New Joines for ID cards.
6. Coordination & Communication
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams for administrative matters
- Coordinate with HR for attendance.
- Support organizational events and employee engagement activities
