Broad outline of the Role
Validate customer cease request in CFD portal Check all the customer details are available in our provisioning inventories.
Log the A-ref in SFDC / CFD and submit the request Creating cease order form with all mandatory information. (like Requestor, Customer Contact, Circuit reference, other associated references, Billing ref & Customer required date) Analyze and validate the order form and raise cease order based on the provisioning system. Perform and execute soft cease and Hard cease for transmission end. Recover the Vodafone kit (Radio/Router / ADVA or Mux) from Customer end. Update the customer details in service and network inventories Handling escalations & resolving planning related issues Should keep good quality of work, maintain data integrity Quick response to customer queries Co-ordinating with the Project managers in providing solution to complex situations. New Process UAT/NPD support and training the team as required New Joiners training and Assessment Identification of process improvement areas and volunteer for new initiatives
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Non-Graduate and/or equivalent experience. 0-2 Years experience
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily site activities and routines.
- Ensure SLA are achieved and work proactively to maintain the same.
