We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining business data in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Office applications. The role requires strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain data accurately in Tally and ERP software.
- Create and update customer, supplier, inventory, and transaction records.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry.
- Generate reports and MIS using MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of records.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in inventory, sales, purchase, and accounting data updates.
- Identify and correct data discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with ERP systems (ERPNext, Odoo, SAP, or similar) is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in data entry, accounting support, or ERP operations will be preferred.
