About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Insurance Coordinator to manage all insurance-related activities at our hospital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling insurance processes including pre-authorization, post-authorization, approvals, claim submissions, document management, and coordinating new tie-ups with insurance providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage insurance pre-authorizations and post-authorizations
- Obtain necessary approvals from insurance companies
- Submit and follow up on insurance claims
- Maintain and organize insurance-related documentation
- Coordinate with insurance companies for new tie-ups and partnerships
- Ensure compliance with hospital and insurance policies
- Liaise with patients and internal departments regarding insurance matters
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in insurance coordination within a hospital setting
- Strong knowledge of hospital insurance processes and documentation
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Pay: ₹14,532.86 - ₹32,428.78 per month
