Develop clear ideas, concepts and designs of creative assets from brief to final cut — owning the visual identity of each piece you take on

Interpret storyboards to tell visual stories that support the message, translating the scripter’s structure into motion, pacing and composition

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Video Designer at CryptoMize you will be responsible for creating design solutions that have high visual impact: listening to clients and stakeholders, meeting account and campaign leads to discuss business objectives, and interpreting those needs into developed concepts that suit the purpose. You will develop design briefs by gathering information and data through research, think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts, and use innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time.
Execution ownership is the core of the seat: generating clear ideas, concepts and designs of creative assets from beginning to end, interpreting storyboards into visual stories, and proofreading your own output to produce accurate, high-quality work. You will work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception, and contribute ideas and design artwork to the overall brief rather than waiting for the assignment to arrive fully formed.
