- Plan and manage branch activities to support enrollment and operational goals.
- Oversee the complete student lifecycle from inquiry to post-admission support.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with schools and educational institutions.
- Organize and support seminars, information sessions, and community outreach programs.
- Guide and support branch teams on academic offerings and student services.
- Monitor daily admission activities, follow-ups, and documentation processes.
- Ensure coordination between academic, sales support, and operations teams.
- Address staff concerns, operational issues, and customer queries in a timely manner.
- Track branch performance, maintain MIS reports, and share regular updates.
- Oversee end-to-end branch operations while ensuring process adherence.
