Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Kuikota, Midnapore

Salary: 18,000 - 22,000 per month (Negotiable)
Time: 10:00 am - 07:00 pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales executives to ensure performance targets are met.
- Identify potential clients, generate new leads, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales campaigns with business goals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and quality service delivery.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and client meetings as needed.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline, preferably in Business/Marketing)
- 1–3 years of proven experience in sales or business development (preferably in [industry name, e.g., FMCG / Real Estate / IT / Retail]).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership qualities and team management ability.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
