To lead and centralize the procurement function across all verticals of Group including all verticals ensuring cost optimization, quality assurance, vendor governance, and seamless supply chain operations aligned with business goals.
Main Responsibilities
A. Strategic Procurement Management
- Develop and implement centralized procurement strategies across all business verticals
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate contracts with key vendors
- Establish long-term vendor partnerships and rate contracts
B. Vendor Management & Compliance
- Empanel, evaluate, and audit vendors across categories (F&B, automotive, hospitality, admin, etc.)
- Ensure vendor compliance with quality, timelines, and contractual terms
- Maintain a strong vendor database and alternate sourcing strategies
C. Operational Procurement Oversight
- Monitor procurement cycles including requisition, purchase orders, delivery, and payment coordination
- Standardize procurement processes across all units
- Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid operational disruptions
D. Cost Control & Budgeting
- Drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising quality
- Monitor procurement budgets across units and ensure adherence
- Prepare MIS reports on cost savings, vendor performance, and procurement efficiency
E. Interdepartmental Coordination
- Work closely with HODs across hotels, factory, automobile division, and corporate office
- Align procurement with operational and business requirements
- Support new project setups, expansions, and events
F. Policy & Process Implementation
- Develop SOPs for centralized procurement
- Ensure compliance with internal audit, statutory norms, and company policies
- Digitize procurement processes where applicable

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain / Commerce / Engineering (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 15–18 years of experience in procurement, with exposure to multi-industry operations (Hospitality, Manufacturing, Automobile preferred)
- Proven experience in centralized procurement setup
- Strong knowledge of vendor management, contract negotiation, and inventory planning
- Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement tools
