Key Responsibilities
- Prepare mechanical designs for HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
- Develop detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD and 3D BIM models using Revit MEP.
- Perform HVAC load calculations, duct sizing, pipe sizing, and equipment selection.
- Produce coordinated construction drawings, layouts, sections, schedules, and shop drawings.
- Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines to resolve design clashes.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and implement clash resolutions.
- Ensure designs comply with ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, IPC, UPC, local authority regulations, and project specifications.
- Review consultant comments and incorporate design revisions.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and technical documentation.
- Support project execution teams by providing technical clarification during construction.
- Maintain project documentation and BIM standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
